Rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge.
Please note that children age 13 and older are charged the adult rate.
In the event of any request for guaranteed early check-in, a full-day charge is applicable as the room(s) will be blocked from the day before.
Payment will only be collected upon your check-in. However, your credit card will be verified / pre-authorized for validity prior to your arrival to guarantee your booking.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Cancellations & No Show
Cancellation must be made with a minimum notice period of 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received less than the required notice period and no-show is subject to 1 night penalty for each room booked.
Check-in & Check-Out time
Check-in time is after 2PM and check-out is by 12NOON. For early check-in and late check-out, rooms are subject to availability upon arrival or departure and surcharge applies. You are requested to speak with our Front Desk upon arrival for assistance.
Late check-out is on request basis and subject to availability. A half-day room charge is applicable for late check-out until 1800 hours.
Rooms occupied beyond 1800 hours are charged at a full-day rate of the day of departure.
Tourism Tax (Ttx)
With effect from 1st Sept, 2017, Malaysia will begin imposing a Tourism Tax on a foreign tourist staying at an accommodation premises in Malaysia at a flat rate of MYR 10.00 per room per night. This tax is not inclusive in the room rate and is payable upon check-in. This tax is applicable to all foreign guests, regardless of their nationality or purpose of travel such as holiday, business and studies.
